Guest Service Assistant

Guest Services Assistants make sure guests feel like family each and every time they visit the Museum.  They are a guest’s first and last point of contact and set the tone for their Museum learning experience.  Guest Services Assistants use a point-of-sale register to record information critical to the Museum’s ongoing smooth operations.

Skills needed:

  • Positive Personality in ALL Situations
  • Cash Handling
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously (aka Juggling)
  • Clear speaking voice
  • Affinity for working with computers

Hours – Some flexibility – but primarily looking for Saturday and Sunday help with some weeknights – PERFECT for a college student or mature high school student.
