Build a Gingerbread House and Support the Children’s Museum!
Calling all future architects and lovers of sweet treats: The Great Lakes Children’s Museum is holding a Gingerbread House Making Fun-Raiser! On Friday, December 15, from 5pm to 7pm, we’ll be putting on our holiday hard hats and getting creative with candy as we build the cookie-based creations of our dreams.
During the two-hour event, you can build your gingerbread kit, snack on some pizza, and play in the Galleries. We’re calling this a “fun-raiser” because, unlike adult-focused events designed to benefit the Museum, the whole family is invited to participate. We held a similar fun-raiser a few years ago and had a blast!
